Hi
I went to see Soveat today and she had just had a scope so was still under anesthesia. I worry that her son is not able to advocate or translate for her, and Margarite suggested she ask for a translator. I left a note today suggesting that.  She is certainly have a rough go, and seriously low CD4s. I don’t know her viral load, but know that she needs sister support. Thanks Penny. She is also connected to AVI, has great support there, but not peer support that can help her understand the blood work, the tests and everything that is going on. Language is an issue when she is fatigued.
Congratulations Denise, and everyone who has worked so hard to get those numbers up and the viral load suppressed.
