[Viva] new meds

Thanks everyone! Great tips. The combination is dolutegravir, abacavir, and
lamivudine.

It's only been three weeks, so will wait and see.  The nausea seems to be
getting worse not better. See Oak Tree end of month hopefully gets better
by then.
