Hi Denise. I know who gave it to me and yes it was due to my own decisions at the time. I had asked him point blank if he had AIDS and he said no, that was in 1989. I never spoke with him after I got my diagnosis I only saw him once in the street and the rage I had was indescribable if I would have been in the lane close to him I’m sure I would have run him down. That was only a month after my diagnosis. Haven’t seen him since and I’m pretty sure he has long since died either from this disease or his lifestyle choices.
