[Viva] Long time no see!

I wondered if anyone on this forum has tried to discover who may have
passed on HIV to them without success.  If they want to share, of course.
I was infected in 1989 and can narrow it down to one of three men. I know
their first names and remember one of the surnames. The reason I ask this
is because a man I knew always thought he had infected his partner because
he felt he became infected from needle use. Eventually, after his partner
died it was about 10 years later that he found out the needle user never
had HIV and that he was likely infected by his partner instead. I have
looked for the person who passed on HIV to me and to be clear I do not
blame him at all because I made my own decisions, however I have had no
resolution.  I am wondering if the man has died.

Does anyone else have this feeling of not knowing and always wondering?
