[Tami Starlight]

the issue of system oppression - especially racism and classism has been on
social justice HIV community in canada for a decade now regarding the
issues indigenous communities deal with daily.

HIV infections on the rise for over a decade and little being done about
it.

Dismayed and not surprised in the least.
