It is our pleasure to share our Annual Report for 2014

with
you.

2014, although marred by tragedy for the AIDS sector with the loss of our
colleagues on MH17, was an exciting and historic year for GNP+, as we
welcomed the appointments of the first transgender woman as Co-Chair of our
board and Suzette Moses-Burton, as the first-ever female Executive Director.

This report comes at a time of key transition for GNP+ yet we remained
responsive to the needs of our community. Some of our achievements included
the launch of the Community Guide to the 2013 WHO ARV Guidelines,
mobilising the PLHIV community in the MENA region, participating as part of
the team for the successful bid to host AIDS 2018 in Amsterdam and the
appointment as the host of the Communities Delegation of UNITAID.

Perhaps above all else, we are proud that this report reflects our dynamism
and ability to quickly address organisational challenges, gaps in the HIV
response and to continue to support people living with HIV, in all our
diversity, to lead changes to improve the quality of our lives.

The coming year will also bring continued change and development for GNP+
and mark the beginning of a new chapter as we embark on our new strategic
planning process and begin planning the celebration in 2016 of the global
PLHIV movement which gave birth to GNP+.

GNP+ would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation for
the unwavering support and cooperation, which we continue to receive from
our constituents, partners and donors in the execution of our mandate.
