I just watched an old video - positively naked. If you haven’t seen it, think about searching it on Tube. It really was a great way to look at HIV through the lens of getting rid of the cloths that we hide behind. Just googling positively Naked got it for me.
Love to all -peg

Community members, artists, supporters and allies all came together for this beautiful event. I attended this event and was overwhelmed by the energy and outpouring of love from all the participants.

> LOVE POSITIVE WOMEN (LPW) is a project that uses social media to link local grassroots gestures of love. Using Valentines Day as a backdrop, LPW creates a platform for individuals and communities to engage in public and private acts of love and caring for women living with HIV. Going beyond romantic love to deep community love and social justice, LPW is call to action. LPW is a response to the lack of attention and support and to make commitments. It requires participants to spend time reflecting about how they as either a woman living with HIV or an ally will commit to lovingwomen living with HIV. Through action, change can be made to fueling economies of love and compassion. Working from a place of strength, LPW focuses on the idea of interconnectedness, relationship building, loving oneself and loving ones community. By starting from a place of love, within oneself there are endless ways that the negative impacts that HIV has on women living with HIV can be lessened.
>
>
> While LPW is active primarily between February 1st – 14th, its reminisce remains as a symbol of how the world can be different.
>
>
> It has been an annual event since 2012.

> Wouldn’t it be nice if everyone felt loved this Valentines Day? Even the people that we didn’t know? This is why the International Community of Women Living with HIV (ICW) created LOVE POSITIVE WOMEN: Romance Starts at Home! This annual project is as a way for each of us to express and show how a) we as women living with HIV are going to practice self-love, support and care and b) are allies will love us this Valentines Day.
