[Viva] cancellation of in office coffee group

I'm sorry to announce that the in office Women's Support Group that was
scheduled for Friday Feb. 20th from 3-5pm at Vancouver Island Persons
Living With HIV/AIDS Society in Victoria has been cancelled.

The next one will hopefully be scheduled for the third Friday in March.
I'll send out a notice when I know for sure.
