Hello ICW Members

It is a pleasure to greet you as we near the end of 2015. This is going to
be a big year for women and HIV at all levels.

This email is specifically to update you all on the *Monthly ICW Know Your
Rights Advocacy Workshops*! To remind you they happen the second Wednesday
of each month at 3pm Kenyan time.

In 2015, we had amazing workshops facilitates by NSWP, WHO, INPUD, the
Teressa Group, Canadian HIV Legal Network, UNAIDS and AVAC to name but a
few.

Issues covered were: Trans Women and HIV; TB; Breastfeeding and Motherhood;
Criminalization of HIV Non-Disclosure, Exposure and Transmission; Cancer
and HIV; Cure Research; Women, Drugs and HIV; PrEP; UNAIDS Stategy Review;
International Patient Laws; and two ICW Report Backs.

In 2016, we are looking to hear from our members about topic that you want
to hear more about and being involved in advocacy.

For the first Advocacy Workshop, on Wednesday, January 13th at 3pm Kenyan
time, ICW will focus on scholarship and abstract submissions for AIDS 2016.
