Thank you, Peggy. I agree.

I also think we need to ask why the rapid test was not part of protocol in this situation. It is unreal to me that we have these amazing tools to prevent the onset of HIV and they were not used. A rapid test would have made the initiation of Post Exposure Proplaxysis PEP possible for this child. Are these tests available to them, and if not, why not?
