[Viva] ICWNA meetings held recently - results

I have just returned from the interim board meeting of the International
Community of Women of North America.  I can bring good news that we are
going to be a powerful force and I truly believe we will be changing the
lives of members.

We were able to put together a strategic plan, by-laws, mission, and
committees, all of which will be mentioned soon.

The most amazing thing that I was not prepared for was that these women are
extremely powerful advocates and we will not stand for not being noticed
anymore!  I am thrilled at what the future holds for ICWNA.

I am finalizing a better membership form and encourage everyone to apply
for free membership.  This organization believes in the principle of
"nothing about us without us" and every part of the recent meeting
emphasized this.

Get ready for exciting times!
