for the Positive Gathering. (see below)
Deadline to register if you are living in the lower-mainland is March 14th
... but don't wait.
Viva is going to have a room to have a pre-conference meeting from 3 - 5 pm
on Friday March 28th. Open to all women living with HIV.

 *Positive Gathering: DEADLINE EXTEN**S**IONS!*

Dear Positive Living BC member:

*Positive Gathering* <http://www.positivegathering.com/> is a three-day
conference developed for and by HIV-positive British Columbians. Our
peer-delivered interactive workshops allow HIV-positive people to learn
from each other in a safe, open and supportive environment. Our breakaway
sessions and gala dinner provide great opportunities for networking,
socializing and having fun. Registration is only $10 and includes all meals
and nutrition breaks throughout the weekend.

Positive Gathering will be held* March 28-30, 2014 at the Coast Plaza
Hotel*(1763 Comox Street, Vancouver). Space is still available so
we've extended
the following deadlines:

*Travel Scholarship applications--NEW DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 14, 2014*
A limited number of travel scholarships are available for HIV-positive BC
residents living outside Greater Vancouver. Depending on your needs,
scholarships may provide for travel costs (bus, ferry, air) and/or
accommodation at the hotel during the conference. *Download a

*Workshop proposals--NEW DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 14, 2014*
We invite all HIV-positive British Columbians to share their expertise by
presenting a Positive Gathering workshop. Past workshops have included *The
Art of Touch*, *Young and Positive*, *Foods that Fight for You*, and *Planning
Ahead: Income Programs for Seniors*. Be creative; we're open to any ideas
relevant to people living with HIV. *Learn how to submit a proposal
