Hope you are doing well!
I am involved in a new project, called e-wHEALTH initiative  ...  the
attached flyers tell you more details, as does the following promo message
I have been sending out to the ASO community here in Ontario (please note
that you can live anywhere in Canada and still be part of this initiative,
so please pass the message on to the HIV+ women in BC!):

I wonder if you can help us pass along, to HIV+ women in your community,
news of an online resource that uses videoconferencing to provide peer case
management sessions for HIV+ women.

The e-wHEALTH initiative is part of a research study on how women can best
access support with living with HIV.  e-wHEALTH provides a peer case
management model, via videoconferencing, to women who might not have easy
access to other HIV+ women, or who might prefer to meet another HIV+ women
from the comfort of her own home, where confidentiality would be assured.

Our peer case managers can provide information about living well with HIV,
share stories about their own experiences, make referrals to wider
community resources and provide supportive dialogue about challenges faced
by all HIV+ women.

We have a special guest joining us at the Oak Tree Women's group this
Friday. Evelyn Maan, OTC nurse and researcher is going to lead a discussion
on getting the most out of your interactions with health care
practitioners,
She did this presentation at the Vancouver Women's Health Collective and we
learned a lot. Hope you can make it!
