Hi Everyone,

As some of you know, through SHAWNA we have secured funding to hire a
couple of peer research associates (PRA's), to be involved in promotion and
community engagement with the SHAWNA Project. We will be hiring 2-4 PRA's
that will work 4hours per week. I have attached the application form for
these positions, there is an area on the application to explain why you are
interested in the position, resumes are not required but if applicants want
to attach them they are welcome to.

We are also looking for WLWH to join our positive women's advisory
committee. The committee is set up to create community engagement and
feedback from positive women on the SHAWNA project. The committee will meet
once every 3-4 months and participants will be given an honorarium for
their time plus travel and child care subsidies. The application is similar
to the PRA application and does not require a resume.

If you are interviewing anyone who you think will be a good candidate for
either of these opportunities, encourage them to apply. If you are involved
in any other organizations that work with WLWH feel free to distribute
these.

The deadline for both is December 15th.

Women Living with HIV, women of Aboriginal Ancestry, Trans* women, and
recent migrant/refugee women are considered to be an asset.
