Hi Anne,
You've probably seen this by now but there's a publication on the HIV/AIDS legal network website you will find helpful:
www.aidslaw.ca
Go to publications and then to the section called: Know Your Rights .
It refers precisely to workplace and disclosure . Obviously it's really important to be very clear on your rights and responsibilities!
There is also the Canadian working group in HIV and Rehabilitation. Not so much for the legal details but support in general about HIV and the workplace.
www.hivandrehab.ca/EN/
Good luck with it all-
Feel the fear and do it anyway as they say!
You are inspiring !
Kath

Can a poz person work as a paramedic? Does anybody know who I can get ahold of to get info on this?? Cause all of a sudden this might not be such a good idea... Fuck... Any info would be appreciated, ok thanks!
