I'm not sure if this was already posted but just in case it wasn't:

Here is a nation-wide survey put out by the Canadian Working Group on HIV
and Rehabilitation. Valuable data to collect on the challenges we face
living with HIV and how we can have our needs better met. See more

Hello,

You are invited to take part in the HIV, Health and Rehabilitation Survey.
This is a research study about the health-related challenges experienced by
people living with HIV, and the services and strategies people use to deal
with them.

What is the aim of this survey? The aim of the HIV, Health and
Rehabilitation Survey is to understand:

. The range of health conditions that people living with HIV are
living with,

. The types of health challenges they experience,

. How they deal with them,

. The living strategies people living with HIV use to manage their
health-related challenges, and

. Whether they use rehabilitation services such as physiotherapy,
occupational therapy, complementary and alternative therapies, and other
health and community services.

Why is this study important? Knowing the range of health conditions that
people with HIV are living with, the types of health challenges they
experience, and how they deal with them can help people living with HIV,
AIDS service organizations, health care providers, and community leaders get
a better understanding of how to meet the needs of people living with HIV.

What is involved if I participate? Participating in this study involves
completing a survey online. The survey is anonymous and takes approximately
30-40 minutes to complete. This survey is voluntary, and you can withdraw
from the study at any time. If you do not finish the entire survey, the
information you provide up until the point of exit may be used by the
researchers.

Do I get anything for participating? Yes. After you complete the online
survey, you can receive a token of appreciation for your participation in
the study. If you are unable to complete the survey, you will still have the
opportunity to obtain the token of appreciation by contacting the research
coordinator.

Who is conducting this research? This research study is being done by a
team of researchers, clinicians, people living with HIV, and AIDS and
community-based organizations in regions across Canada. The HIV, Health and
Rehabilitation Survey is co-led by the Canadian Working Group on HIV and
Rehabilitation.

This study is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR)
Institute of Infection and Immunity: HIV/AIDS.
