[Viva] Feedback for Oak Tree

Hey Margarite! I recently had to get a couple extra months of meds, and
my pharmacy here in Vic couldn't get ahold of anybody there for days. I
don't know why they were given the number they were, but whoever's it was
hey never answered or called back. I had to call them myself... So there's
a disconnect there somewhere. The pharmacist was pretty frustrated.
But as soon as I called and left a message wih the pharmacist at oak
tree it was faxed in like 20 minutes. I told her to just call the front
desk next time!
Also I have taken a whole day off work to go over, only to find out I was
only seeing one person (my doctor) and we just chatted for a bit (I wasn't
having any health issues) and that was it. It was really frustrating and
so much effort to go over there for a tiny check-in with one person which I
didn't really feel was necessary. It's not always like that but I think
they should make sure a visit is worth the time of the person who is
traveling to come there for the day.
Other than that I'm happy with the staff and everything else! My 2 cents.
