[Viva] Board of Directors

I thought I would just let everyone know that the last time I was on the
Board, it consisted of one conference call per month and you need to join
two committees... this could be to do with advocacy, the newsletter,
membership, etc.  Someone please let me know if this has changed.  So, to
be clear, it is not just one call per month.  Maybe we could discuss it as
a group at the Gathering too?
