Hi Romari,

After a period of what does it matter, I actually take better care if myself than before. I quit smoking, drinking, started exercising more, and listen to what my body is trying to tell me. If I could, I would go to yoga much more often than I currently do, get massages and other therapies to help with the aching tight muscles, and find a way to lessen the stress. I would also like to learn how to feed my body and soul better than I currently do. What holds me back is myself and my bank account. I consistently put myself at the bottom of the to-do list, and need to have list.

By the way- good idea and sounds like you have been receiving lots of god feedback. Take care

Lena
