[Viva] Self Care Management

Hi all .. me again .. working away on the article on self care. Thanks to all who responded to my last posting! If you have a few minutes, today or tomorrow, here are a few questions to consider and hopefully respond to:
1. Have you changed the way you take care of yourself since your diagnosis of HIV and if so, how?
2. Are there things you would like to do to take care of yourself but are unable to do them, If so, what are they and what stops you?
3. What would help you take better care of yourself?
