[Viva] Congrats to Claudette, Romari, and Val

Congratulations to Claudette Cardinal, Romari Undi, and Valerie Nicolson for their positions as board members of Positive Living BC. Positive Living BC’s AGM was a historical moment for the HIV-positive women’s movement. These women make up what is the now the most women representation on this board at one time. Women will now have a stronger voice in the society.
