[Viva] CAHR closing ceremony

Many great moments, presentations and networking over the last 4 days at
the CAHR conference but I especially want to thank Alana for closing the
conference. That was very courageous. Alana had scientists, health care
providers, community workers and PLHA's all holding hands in a big circle
united for the same cause.
