If women are not on our updated master list they will not be able to vote
in the elections. We are doing a final push to get the membership updates
so women can vote! Please sen this to your networks - including the ICW
listserve!!! We are closing the call for voting at 12 midnight on Tuesday,
October 30th because we will be sending out the nominations on the 31st.

Dear Members of the International Community of Women Living with HIV (ICW)
North America,

We are currently in the process of updating our database and are in need of
your current contact information.

As we are getting closer to elections for new representatives on the
International Steering Committee from our region we need to make sure that
we have the most up-to date email contacts of all the members in the North
American region. We would like to make sure that all the members in our
region are able to be active participants in this process.

If you are not currently a member of ICW, know that it is open to *all* women
living with HIV.
