[Viva] Dismayed and Saddened

This is unbelievable, what sad sad news!  And just in time for World AIDS
Day!?! What a way to show the world you don't care.
There must be quite a few Conservative MP's feeling guilty tonight.
Other than writing to your newspapers.... Especially if you live in a
conservative riding, you can write or call your MP's (Member of
Parliament's) office to voice your opinion.
