[Viva] Dismayed and Saddened

I am writing to all of you in utter disgust at tonight's vote in the House
which decided not to send affordable medication to Africa.  The motion was
defeated by 148-141.  The only ones who voted against were Conservatives
and this included MP Ron Cannan of Kelowna... both of his parents died of
AIDS.  There were virtually no MPs voting in favour from the Conservatives
but I am including the votes for your reference below.

I cannot understand these people and will not try to.
