My name is Wendy. I am also an hiv positive woman. I am not sure of
what to think, honestly Denise. I don`t understand what an
undetectable viral load is supposed to ensure, just recently my
usually undetectable viral load had a big ol` blip because of one of
my meds (truvada) affecting my kidneys. I had no reason to think
otherwise, until I went for blood work and was told my viral load was
high. Now how is a person supposed to know what there viral load is
from day to day, week to week (my question mark key seems to be being
an idiot) Another thing is about the condom, I worked as a prostitute
for many, many years and I had men on more than a few occasions, try
to and sometimes succed, in taking off the condom without my knowledge
and or my consent. So I really dont know what to do except hope that
people like you and me and the other amazing women in our community
can do something to make sence of this issue. I was recently at
aretreat with an hiv pos woman who said `I am one vindictive lover
away from prison` I think we all might just be. Take care Denise, what
you are doing is so important. Best wishes, sister.
