Hi Denise,
I just completed and submitted my article today on this issue for Positive Living Magazine. I also gave an interview for Monday magazine a few weeks ago about the decision. I would be happy to share the notes I wrote in preparation for that interview. It is actually "low viral load" not "undetectable" although the Court was not clear on what number would be considered low.

Subject: [Viva] Criminalization of HIV
I have been asked to do a blog as a woman living with HIV regarding the recent Supreme Court decision that now criminalizes someone who does not disclose their status unless they have an undetectable viral load AND a condom is used.
Does anyone have an opinion on this issue that they would care to share anonymously or otherwise? Please state whether you wish to be quoted as an anonymous source or otherwise.
You may want to think:
1. Is criminalization the right response or is this a health issue?2. Can a woman be in charge of condom use?3. Do you believe an undetectable viral load AND condom use is the right response?
4. How do you think the younger generation of women who have been HIV positive from birth will deal with this situation?5. Do you feel empowered, the same or worried about the Supreme Court decision?
Thanks and please try to reply as soon as possible.Denise
