Hey Peggy,
Just got in. Couple of questions to consider:
Have you ever had a previous hip, knee or ankle injury?
Have you ever suffered any ligament damage in either leg? No matter
how long ago...

I have had knee problems in the past few years mostly due to repetiton
at the joint (ie. too many plies). Sometimes when I have been not as
active and then I go full out for a class or walk or something extra
strenuous I suffer from joint pain. Usually ice will keep it in check
and then its a process of slowly rebuilding the strength again both at
the hip and knee. Funny enough slow plies seem to help rebuild the
strength.

Agree with Denise, go see someone if the pain continues...no fun at
all to be in pain.

I see you are going to CANAC - I will be there - coming to Victoria on
Sat. hope we can connect.

big warm hugs,
shelly
