Interesting feedback.
For everyone's info.
Nothing has changed at the collective.
Oppressive exclusive spaces surely should not be encourage and not be supported.
It is sad that this is happening.
Interestingly enough I am currently in a committee with the DTES community and the shitty (city) of Vancouver about attempting to save our community from all the oppressive jerks with all their deep pocketed friends.
The facilitator is the person who supposedly worked on this issue with the Trans community and the collective.
I will continue to speak up against oppression and I see far too much daily. I have a voice and will use it.
All my relations/Namaste

When I heard you talking about this group a while ago I thought it was affiliated with Oak Tree, is this correct? If your only using this space on behalf of Oak Tree, then the specifics of the women attending this group are not the business of the VWHC, in my opinion.

> I also want to say Thank You to Margarite and Valerie for your work and willingness to step in and get started and for facilitating this support group in the downtown east side. Also, Thanks to Margarite for all your work in starting and facilitating the monthly support group at Oaktree Clinic. You are both much appreciated.
