Raise the Rates, the coalition that challenged MLAs to live on the welfare
rate of $610, will host a send off for Jagrup Brar, as he completes his
month living on $610 a month and goes back to his home in **Surrey**.****

What message do Downtown Eastsiders have for Mr. Brar?  What has Brar
learned during his month in poverty and what does he plan to do with that
knowledge?****
