Yes Shelley, I agree it is about common sense... when you hear the rate of
infection is cut by 96% if someone is adherent to the meds then you have to
wonder what the rate is for sex woman to men (with that being the only risk
factor) - would it be zero?  .. taking into account that the 96% must be
comprised of infections through gay sex and injection drug use which are
higher risk
