Busy wet February.  We are going to organize another Pot Luck Dinner here
at 1107 Seymour Street, in the downstairs staff kitchen area in March.  We
had fabulous food and great conversation.****

One of the things some people wanted to talk about was hosting an event for
heterosexuals with HIV.  Perhaps a bowling event or ??****

** **

We can spend some time talking about it at the Pot Luck if you wish.  If
JANE isn’t keen on hosting an event for positive heterosexuals, ok.  If
women want to get involved and organize something in the spring, that’s
great.  It could be fun.****

In the meantime, please scroll down and note the invitation below; the
Average Joe’s are inviting the JANE members to attend their upcoming
bowling event.  $10. Registration with $5.00 being returned when you

can you do about your risk?  Learn about Diabetes and HIV from the experts

*Labour Force Participation for People Living with HIV in Canada: A
Research Study - $25 honorarium*

* *

Are you an adult (18yrs +) living with HIV who has successfully been in the
workforce (full or part time) for three months or more?**

If so, you are invited to participate in a research study investigating the
factors that help and hinder labour force participation for adults living
with HIV. Information from the study will inform a PhD research project
exploring the issue of HIV and employment.****

Participants will take part in an individual interview and will be asked
about their employment experiences. Interviews will take approximately
60-90 minutes. Participants may also be asked to take part in a brief
follow-up interview. ****

All participants will receive a $25.00 honorarium.****

Interviews will be scheduled in Vancouver on March 7th and 9th, 2012.****
