Hi Everyone,



Can you please pass this on to your networks?  Elements Academy of Martial
Arts is offering a second date for their Women’s Self-Defense workshop on
Tuesday March 15 from 7-8:30pm.  It’s by donation and all proceeds go to
WAVAW. They held one this past Tuesday on IWD and it was sold out so they
are offering a second date. I’m planning on going!
