[Viva] replies re. running for the Board of Positive Living BC

ok wow, that came in as my last message went out!  The Board meeting is on a
Wednesday and you only have to come in for that once every two months.
 Apart from that you would connect by phone on a Wednesday afternoon once
every two weeks.  You would also be on two committees but could choose
something that is interesting to you such as the magazine, or fundraising.
 The term is two years on the Board.  Now, having read that I would imagine
I have talked you out of it (!) but I find it do-able, however I don't have
kids, just a dog.

I would say you are talking about 6 hours a month total.

If you can travel from Salt Spring then I would say it is not too far away.
 I believe Paul, on our Board, comes in from Pender - not sure!
