[Viva] YOGA for Women at BCPWA

Hello all,

 

Last night I attended the women's only Yoga at BCPWA.  The instructor is
great and I want to encourage other women to attend. It has been a LONG time
since there was a yoga class for HIV positive women!!

Here are the details:

 

Women's Hatha Yoga (all levels welcome)

At BCPWA - 1107 Seymour St in the Training Room

Thursday nights from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Drop in class

Mats provided

Free for BCPWA members
