to join a global effort to develop a leadership programme for positive young
people. We ask your help in forwarding this information and application to
any young people, or organizations working with young people, who might
qualify.

*Application for Global Y+ Leadership Consultation (for Young People Living
with HIV/AIDS)*

The Global Network of People Living with HIV, North America (GNP+NA),
invites applications for the position of North American youth representative
to the Global Young Positives (Y+) Leadership Consultation.

Applicants must be young people (ages 18-30, preferably under age 27),
openly living with HIV, from either Canada or the U.S.  Applicants must be
engaged in the HIV response at the national, regional, or global levels.
Fluency in English is required.

The consultation will take place in November 2011. It will be a small
face-to-face meeting (location to be determined) with representatives of
young people living with HIV from around the world in attendance. All
travel, hotel, and meal costs will be paid for the selected representative.

To apply, fill out the application form (attached). Send all applications to
Laurel Sprague at info at gnpna.org <info at gnpnaorg>. Applications must be
received by *September 6, 2011*.
