Hi gals,
If politics turns anyone off. Please delete this email and I won't be
offended in the least.
All this is my personal opinion.
May 2nd, next Monday, is voting day and I just want to encourage you all to
get out and vote for whichever candidate will best represent you in
parliament. We need funding for healthcare, women's organizations, clean
energy and we want Canada to provide affordable medications to people who
can't afford these expensive meds we are on. And the list goes on.
All Canadians can vote, even people who are homeless, if you have any
questions you can call: Elections Canada 1-800-463-6868.
Check out the website and videos shitharperdid.com It is very creative,
well done, factual and funny. Watch the video "Canadian women's favourite
pick-up line"
Check it out and send it to anyone you know who might be interested.

We are in the last week before the elections. Time for everyone to vote
otherwise we are falling into the republican/conservative agenda, they want
voter apathy because their conservative supporters always vote. If you don't
follow politics talk to someone you trust that can help you decide or if you
really don't know how to vote, you can always vote for the Green Party
candidate in your riding. Even if they don't get in, the numbers help them
gain legitimacy.
I am getting involved in this election because we are very lucky to have
Elizabeth May, the Leader of the Green Party, running here in our riding.
She is an amazing smart dynamic woman and I think there is a good chance she
will win.
In many countries people are fighting for the right to vote. So just get out
and do it!
thanks,
Margarite
