Dear Tami, 

Join us on September 30th for a continental breakfast and a talk by the
Honourable Michael Kirby, co-winner of the international Gruber Justice
Prize and former Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia.  The talk,
titled "What is the Public Benefit of Human Rights?", promises to draw on
the retired judge's extensive public service career. 
 
Mr. Kirby was a judge of the High Court of Australia for thirteen years.
Currently, he is a member of the High Commissioner for Human Rights'
Judicial Reference Group and of the UNAIDS Reference Group on HIV and Human
