[Viva] regarding the STOP HIV survey

*To all of you who have filled out the STOP HIV Survey, I want to thank you
for your thoughtful responses.*

I just sent it out again from my shaw email account, if you receive it and
have already returned one please ignore it; if you haven't filled one out
there is still time, *the deadline for the online survey is Sept 21st*, so
there are still 3 days!

If you haven't received it and would like to please email me and I will make
sure you get it.
