[Viva] How to Post to ViVA

It has come to my attention that some ViVA members have questions about how
to post things to ViVA.

Here is how:
If you receive something and you want to respond to the whole group just
click REPLY and it will go out to all.
If you want to forward something or write something yourself put in the *To:
* viva at lists.resist.ca

Please remember that ViVA is ONLY for HIV+ women and is ONLY accessible by
those of us that are signed up, from our email addresses.
Please keep it confidential so we all feel safe using ViVA listsev
