Dear CWGHR members and other colleagues:

Thank you for your interest and support in 2009-10.  Your valuable
contributions this past year have supported CWGHR’s work to promote quality
of life through rehabilitation research, education and cross-sector
partnerships. 

There are several deadlines approaching related to CWGHR’s upcoming Annual
Forum on HIV and Rehabilitation and Annual General Meeting on June 12- 13,
2010 in Toronto – entitled Breaking Barriers, Advancing Access:
Collaborating to Enhance Rehabilitation for People Living with HIV and Other
Episodic Illnesses

Here are the key dates.  Please contact us with any questions at
info at hivandrehab.ca.

Important Dates: 

1.     CWGHR Membership:

CWGHR’s annual membership term is from April 1 through March 31, so it is
time to submit your membership application or renewal for April 1, 2010 -
March 31, 2011.  Membership entitles you to apply for an expense subsidy to
the Forum on HIV and Rehabilitation and Annual General Meeting. 

*	March 26, 2010:  New Membership Application – new membership
applications are always welcome, but this is the deadline to be eligible to
apply for an expense subsidy this year

2.     FORUM ON HIV AND REHABILITATION and ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) 2010
– June 12 - 13, 2010, in Toronto

Breaking Barriers, Advancing Access: Collaborating to Enhance Rehabilitation
for People Living with HIV and Other Episodic Illnesses

By now, you should have received the notice to “Save the date” for the 2010
Forum on HIV and Rehabilitation and CWGHR AGM on June 12 - 13, 2010 and we
hope that you are planning to attend.  

This promises to be an informative and exciting event – watch your email and

3.     3rd ANNUAL AWARD OF EXCELLENCE IN HIV AND REHABILITATION

At this year’s Forum and AGM, we will be presenting our 3rd Annual Award of
Excellence in HIV and Rehabilitation.  We encourage you to submit a
nomination for this year’s recipient.  The Award of Excellence criteria are

apports, au cours de l’année, ont aidé le GTCVRS dans son travail pour
promouvoir la qualité de vie grâce à la recherche, à l’éducation et au
partenariat intersectoriel en matière de réinsertion.

À l’approche de quelques dates d’échéance en lien avec le Forum annuel sur
le VIH et la réinsertion, et l’assemblée générale annuelle du GTCVRS, les 12
et 13 juin 2010 à Toronto, en voici la liste ci-dessous.

Dates importantes : 

1.     Adhésion au GTCVRS :

L’adhésion annuelle au GTCVRS allant du 1er avril au 31 mars, il est temps
de nous faire parvenir votre renouvellement ou demande d’adhésion, pour
l’année commençant le 1er avril 2010. L’adhésion vous permet de faire une
demande de subvention au transport, pour le Forum sur le VIH et la
réinsertion ainsi que l’assemblée générale annuelle.

*	24 mars 2010 : Demande d’adhésion (nouveau membre) – les demandes
d’adhésion, pour de nouveaux membres, sont toujours les bienvenues mais ceci
est la date limite pour être admissible à faire une demande de subvention au
transport pour cette année

Vous devriez avoir reçu l’avis préliminaire en vue du Forum sur le VIH et la

13 juin 2010 à Toronto, et nous espérons que vous prévoyez être des nôtres. 

Ce sera sans contredit un événement informatif et enthousiasmant. Le nom du
conférencier invité et les thèmes d’ateliers seront annoncés sous peu, par

3.     3e PRIX ANNUEL D’EXCELLENCE DU GTCVRS EN RÉADAPTATION POUR LE VIH

Lors de l’a.g.a. et du Forum 2010, nous décernerons notre 3e  Prix annuel
d’excellence en réadaptation pour le VIH. Nous vous invitons à soumettre une
candidature aux prix de cette année. Les critères du concours sont
