*You are cordially invited to a special Oak Tree Clinic
retrospective, presented by our founding medical co-directors, Dr. Jack
Forbes and Dr. David Burdge.*



*This presentation will chronicle the challenges and achievements of Oak
Tree Clinic from its roots to today, as well as honor the contributions
of the many women, families, community partners and clinicians who have
helped shape the program over the years.   *

*Dr. Burdge and Dr. Forbes will be retiring early in 2011 , so we will also
take this opportunity to celebrate the vision and leadership that they
have brought to the Oak Tree Program, and their dedication to the care of
women, children and families since the clinic's inception in 1994.   *



*Tea and light refreshments will be served **J*



*The event will be on December 17 at 3:00 PM **in the Shaughnessy Auditorum
(A200B) on the 2nd floor of the Women’s Health Centre** (follow the blue and
orange line on the floor from the entrance to the Women's Health Centre over
to the original Shaughnessy Hospital enterance). The Women's Health Centre
building is just beyond the parking gate off Heather Street and West
29thAvenue - a ten-minute walk south from the King Edward Skytrain
station.
