Hey folks!!!

I hope this message reaches you all well!

We're really getting excited for this weekend's conference and for your
participation as tablers during the info fair.

A few important things leading up to Saturday:

1) We would like to request that all tablers arrive by 9am (where possible)
to set-up materials. The actual info-fair will take place from 1:20 - 2:00
during the lunch hour.

2) We will need to know by Weds the 6th if you will need access to an
electrical outlet for any equipment that will be used during your tabling.
If I do not hear from you by this point we will be unable to arrange extra
access than to what we have prepared.

3) Please also feel free to spread the word about the conference - we've got
a few more spaces for participants!
