[Van-Parecon] The Corporation - Saturday, June 19th

Hello,

We'd like to remind you that The Vancouver Parecon Collective will be
presenting the documentary film "The Corporation" at Vancouver's Pacific
Cinematheque theatre, 1131 Howe Street, Saturday, June 19. We have invited
the films producers Mark Achbar, Jennifer Abbott and Joel Bakan to
introduce the film and
participate in a discussion on Participatory Economics(Parecon). However,
we are still waiting confirmation of their attendance. We will keep you
updated.

Doors at 1:00p.m., film at 1:30, tickets are $8.00 at the door. We will
hold a brief presentation on Parecon after the film till approx. 5:00pm.
There will be intermissions and a chance to leave the theatre before we
start our presentation.

A portion of this events proceeds will be donated to
www.thenewstandard.net and the recently burned down Spartacus Books.
