Charles Street House, a member house of the Waterfront Coop, is accepting
applications for new members for rooms available March 15 / 2003 or April 1
2003.

Unlike other housing coops with individual suites, the Waterfront Coop
consists of 5 separate undivided houses, where members live communally in
groups of 4-8 people and share the cost of food and utilities in an
intentional living environment. The coop is not subsidized by outside funds,
but members contribute more to subsidize rooms for seniors and children
(with some restrictions).

Charles Street House is a three floor, 5 bedroom heritage house near
Commercial Drive. Housing charges of $530 include shared organic vegetarian
food, high-speed internet, long distance telephone plan, laundry and
utilities. The current members are all women/lesbians, and we are looking
for two more compatible people for March 15 or April 1st . We also have a
large exuberant dog.
