hi all,

i'm looking for a roommate for April 1st.

location: Main St. & 20th ave., near #3 and #25 bus routes, close to 
skytrain station, large park nearby (@33rd), within walking distance for 
almost everything.

house: main floor, 2 bedrooms, one large living room, a backyard, 
laundry, lots of plants, one affectionate long-haired cat, no cigerette 
smoking indoors.

room: medium-large, 2 closets, large window, backyard view.

cost: $380/month, plus 1/4 of utilities (aprox.$80-90/month), and $100 
damage deposit.

me: male, asian, anarchist/anti-authoritarian, vegetarian, not overly 
neat or messy (and willing to adapt).
