What's the point?  If it is solely to cost Staijers money, good.  If it is
to reverse the illegal eviction, you are conceding that the eviction is
valid, which is a strategic error.

Since Staijers clearly doesn't have a leg to stand on, why not go straight
to abitration? The cost is only $30 and is recoverable from the
Staijers.

Sounds like fun though.  (No I'm not being sarcastic.)
