[van-discuss] Orientation for Human Rights Observers

Hello,

I am interested in attending the orientation if possible.  I work during the
days so my preferred times are on the weekends, or evenings with the
exceptions:  I am not available -  Wednesday nights or Sundays from 11:30am
- 3:00pm, and Sunday 22nd all day.

Orientation for Human Rights Observers to go to Skwelkwekwwelt
Protection Centre (Sun Peaks):

Late September - 4 hour workshop - please let us know your available dates!

Throughout the next year, the Skwelkwekwwelt Protection Centre (near
Kamloops) may require human rights observers to do documentation,
observation, and legal observing at the camp location near Sun Peaks.

This orientation is for people who are interested in going to the
Skwelkwekwwelt Protection Centre as human rights observers.  The orientation
will include information about the current situation in the area, cultural
rights, legal rights, documenting, and how to become involved as an
observer. 
Representatives from the Protection Centre will be at the workshop to
provide information and answer questions.

This orientation is meant for people who have some experience/training as
human rights observers or legal observers.
