you might also want to consider reporting the incident to
copb-van at resist.ca (http://resist.ca/~copb-van) who are collecting such
stories and using them in an effort to expose police brutality in
vancovuer.

stories are being printed in a newsletter form and shared with the pivot
legal society (link from the copb-van page) who are working on a class
action case against the police.
