[van-discuss] Are all Extra Foods unionized in Canada?

Hi,
I was just surfing the web, and found your web page regarding a New Contract with Extra Foods in Vancouver. I was wondering, are all the Extra Foods stores in Canada Unionized???? We have recently gotten an Extra Foods store In Steinbach Manitoba, and I was curious to Know if there is a Union at this store...  My daughter was employed about five years ago at a store in wpg, and was given a really unfair permanent record in the Human Resources part of Extra Foods based in Wpg. Is there any way to dispute this, or can one individual make a lifelong decision into an employees record???
